We are in the middle of our Spring Break - and I am loving the extra time with my youngest daughter. This week, it is just the two of us as my husband and older daughter are on a College Road Trip (where does the time go) We have had special activities planned each day - and have built in a bit of downtime too! We have enjoyed Disney on Ice, Chuck E Cheeses and Mars Needs Moms. And we still have a few more days of fun! One week is not near enough time.
