Thank you for purchasing this product from by the Shore designs by pammie~k and Pamela Meeks. By downloading this product you are agreeing to these terms of use and license. The content of this kit is the property of Pamela Meeks and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. It is provided to you for your own personal use. No other use is hereby authorized.
You may post creations made with this product onto public galleries, your personal blog, or submit creations to magazines or online publications provided that by the Shore designs by pammie~k (or Pamela Meeks) and the product name is properly attributed in the list of supplies. You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them.
While you are not required to, I would love to hear from you if your work using these designs is published.
YOU MAY NOT:
You may not use this digital product for commercial purposes. For example, you may not do any of the following:
• use the downloads to sell a product or service
• use the download to increase traffic to your website/blog for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales

Modification of Terms
by the Shore designs by pammie~k and Pamela Meeks have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any amendment or modification shall take effect 14 calendar days from the time it is posted at www.bytheshoredesigns.com.
